Mike said when we first met that communication was key in a successful building project. I didn't realize how important but as he built the custom home my wife and I designed we spoke with Mike virtually every day. We never had to approach Mike with questions as much as Mike was leading the process and delivering the information very timely and effective manner. As a matter of fact with this level of communication we never experienced any sort of “Change Orders” additional fees etc. because if there was a question he would communicate before building so he would have it right the first time and never tore anything back out. The other thing Mike said very early on was that “His Goal was to have us want to build another home with him when we were done”. At the time I thought that was a bit bold and now 5 years after he built our home, there is no question that if I’m building and Mikes in an area he is the only person I’ll use. Looking back the one thing we never heard Mike say was “No, I can’t do that” or anything similar. If we had an idea, he worked to make it happen.

We have literally referred Mike to Friends and Family alike and he has done numerous projects for people very close to us and after our experience and checking their experiences as well, we have nothing but the highest praise & recommendation for Mike and his work.

Imagine being 2700 miles from the location of your vacation, retirement home as its being constructed. Every step from site prep, code requirements, to building the cabin of your dreams was completed timely with quality and perfection. I never felt uneasy one time with Mike. Based on their reputation, we contacted 4 Nails Construction to do some big home improvement projects that we had wanted completed for a long time. We are so glad we did! They took the TV/Fireplace wall in our Family Room and gave the whole room a new look with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a false wall behind the TV to hide everything, new sound system, new patio doors. They also put new granite and tile in all of our bathrooms and installed new lighting in multiple rooms.
